Damn I would buy this from you instantly but I think 885s would be a little too much lift on my 2013 dcsb 2wd for alignment purposes. Unless anyone can contest to it not going over 3in of lift, I'd take it.

    1. I did not have to swap UCA's and the truck aligned no problem. It was on a 2016. I do not know if it would be harder to align on an earlier model or not (because technically, >2015 Tacomas ride about an inch higher stock).

    2. The ride was firmer because the OME shocks are valved higher, not because the springs are rated higher. You are correct that the Tacoma factory springs are in fact firm. Yes, firmer ride than stock, which is good if you have extra weight or hit the trails harder than your average weekend warrior.

Because <2016 Tacomas ride about an inch lower than the newer models, this would only create about 2" of lift. If you added the spacers I am including, approx. 2.5".

Thank you for your reply @Taco Luvr

I'll talk to the wife and do some research. Meanwhile GLWS, I think this is a good setup for a 3rd Gen and the price is great.

I've got the 9000's on my 2nd gen Access Cab. I think it rides better than stock. less harsh, more in control feeling. Of course my stock suspension had 90k miles on it when I bought the pickup. I'm very satisfied with the OME suspension. I have the Headstrong AAL in back and 1/4" spacers in front.

Oh yeah, I forgot to comment on the concern about roll. NO ROLL at all. Very solid handling with these shocks and a good alignment.

Did you run the OME Dakar in the rear with these?
