None for me, I had ECGS Bushing put in last summer when I was getting vib. While still stock. No rear driveshaft vibs, with a 3 leaf progressive pack.
    Very happy with setup.

I have a little bit of rotational noise/vibe that is exaggerated by the lift. I wanna say it might be u-joints because it doesn't seem to depend on speed. I don't think its destructive however.

I haven't had any weird vibes. I bought the ECGS bushing but didn't put it in. I was whooped just installing the kit. At least I have it when I need it.

I got a very small takeoff vibration when I installed an Icon Progressive AAL w/ overload left in on my Pro. Planning to do the ECGS bushing

If it's specifically on take-off, try the OME FK29 drive shaft spacer first. I had those too and that fixed the take-off vibes right away. The needle bearing vibes came at around 40mph for me, after a downshift usually, and went away if I put it into 4Hi. FWIW the OME spacer is also cheaper and way easier install than the ECGS bushing -- so might be worth trying first.

I have a small shake/vibration only when accelerating, and between 8-12 mph. Any suggestions on resolving?

Try the drive shaft spacer, mine we're around 10mph iirc, but the spacer pretty much fixed it. For reference, I have the 3 AAL w/ overload.

Had a chance to really test these out last weekend, driving too fast along windy, hilly, bumpy coastal roads, 100km of rutted out fire roads and pot holed Forestry roads, overlanding through fields, flexing out through road wash outs.... the suspension was excellent in all situations, fast and slow.

Tried to take out front suspension and swap it with the shit in my Baja kit... bad idea.

Have to cut a stud off the old top hat because the nut is rounded and won't come off. Both LCAs are seized, so I can't easily get the old hardware out. Ran out of daylight 4 hours after start time.

Any ideas? Anybody else run into this? I've practically bathed in PB Blaster, so I'm looking for "alternative" solutions

LCA is seized? I thought I had the same issue. Are you sure you can't loosen the cam bolts and then just push down on it with the same amount of force required to do a push up?

Prolly the best bet for your $$ at this point. If I was sitting on a TRD Pro set at this point I wouldn’t let it go for under a grand.

Will try that again tomorrow, but currently a buddy and I are hanging on the truck and standing on the LCA and its holding us up. It's about 400 pounds or more with the both of us, so I don't have high hopes

Developed a clunk turning hard or going over bumps - I was afraid my lift had torched a tie rod or something. I crawled under today and took a look. Both LCA bolts on the driver's side were coming out. Probably 3/8" of threads showing on each. I assume the alignment shop didn't tighten them, or if they didn't drop the LCA for the alignment I might have not torqued them on that side. Anyway - a PSA to recheck your bolts after a couple hundred miles of driving. Everything tightened back up and snug as a bug over bumps again.

Probably 1000 miles on the lift and still very pleased.
