Put the suspension kit and Headstrong AAL through the paces on a frost heaved dirt road. Couldn't be happier. :D Without the AAL I was hitting the superbumps thinking about a bump.

Mine are more like yours, but instructions say to position the resv so the hose is perpendicular to the frame (bung up and down). They give some measurement in mm, think it comes out to like 4 1/2". Still need to move mine around too. I dont know if it would ever cause any harm or not.

There may be some Baja kits left? Pro's are discontinued and gone now.

Looks like a good time! How was the ride with your Headstrong AAL compared to stock?

I think they mean square as in facing out. I moved my reservoir on that side as far back as possible to maximize the bend radius. Not sure if it matters.

Sooo much better. I bottomed out a ton with stock saggy leafs. Now it's firm but compliant.

I've heard that as well from another fellow N.E. member that bought the PRO suspension, and wanted to go with the HS AAL.

Has anyone sourced new upper shock bushings? I thought I'd seen energy suspension or something?

While I will not be installing my kit for a little while I am in the information gathering mode to make sure that the installation goes smoothly when I do tackle it. Does anyone have any links to videos or how to's for this installation? I have searched TW and the internet and am feeling pretty comfortable about the process but I don't mind looking at multiple videos or other sources of information about this install. I prefer to be well prepared so any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Just follow the install manual and post a question if you get stuck. Personally, I couldn't figure how to get the LCA to swing out of the way after loosening the cambolts and removing the shock and stared at it for two beers. Then, after giving up and getting off the stool to go Google it inside, I push against it for support and it swung down easily. I'm a smart man.
