dealer replaced my 2014 with 55k miles. no questions asked, I did print out the TSB and presented the case to them. no issues so far! I'd have the dealer replaced first IMO, some have had fine success with TSB replacement.

Does anyone know if there's much difference between the Headstrong 3 leaf progressive pack and the Icon 3 leaf progressive pack? Particularly as it pertains to ride comfort (looking for height without much added firmness)? I was going to order a Headstrong pack this morning but they're out of them.

Icon is the same as the Wheelers Pack - only the Wheelers pack actually comes painted and is cheaper (Win). Headstrong is its own brand. I have the Wheeler's pack with the OL in and it feels good.

It's pretty hard to screw up an add-a-leaf.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I was 100 percent not satisfied with the wheelers pack.

The only lift was from the thickness of the pack. They rusted immediately, came with terrible paint. Did nothing for spring rate, they were far too soft.

I went back to a single leaf, the wheelers cost twice as much and offered nothing.

    1 week update:

Got back under the truck today and re torqued all the bolts. Aside from the u bolts, which had loosened up a fair bit, everything was still tight to spec.

Really liking the ride now that it has broken in a little. At first I thought it was overly harsh, very similar to the stock OR setup. Now it is firm but planted.

The ride height is perfect IMO, it looks like it should coming out of the factory. Nice and mean.

It's meant for an FJ Cruiser, so the shock and coil sizes could be different.
The reservoir layout where the tubing input is different.

I'm not 100% sure of the difference's but I know that the springs are 600lb springs. I've had someone ask to trade them for my 650lb Baja springs.

That is like the Pro kit, 600 lb springs vs the Baja woth 650's

Also looks like the spacer for brake lines is missing, and I would bet that the resivior mounts are different.

I would think it could work.

Reading the thread one of the FJ guys mentioned that after 2010 the bottom mounts changed on the FJs, they made them a bit wider.
"the difference is the bottom mount, which is 2.2mm wider on the 2010+ models." from the FJ thread.

I was just pointing out what they were saying on the Fj forum, the way I read it, it is the bottom mount that is wider on the 2010+ FJs than the earlier years.

You could call Toytec lifts and check with them the differences, they have kits for Tacomas and FJs in stock. They might be able to measure the shocks to see if they are the same

The TX Baja Tacoma had #650 springs
    The TRD Pro had #600's

Both are TRD 6112/5160, eibach 3x14 coils

Without a plate bumper and winch 650 would be rough. 600 feels stiff on my truck as it is.
