    Grinder with a 0.45 wheel, grind flush with a 1/8th and make it smooth with a tiger paw then some rostoleum. all under retail value.

    Couple coats of bare metal primer (rustoleum)
    Couple coats of rustoleum professional flat black. It looks great in person and covers great for touch ups. I used it on my sliders and rear bumper too
