    Jumping in late on this thread, is the hitch rated for factory towing capacity? Also interested if other sales fall through and hitch is rated for vehicle towing capacity.

    The manufacturer is no longer around to verify with but I assume it is rated for factory towing capacity. The bumper uses stock bolts to frame and the receiver is gusseted. I doubt you will have any problems with towing capacity with the quality of this bumper and design.

    I really want this but I am on the wrong coast. I had Pelfrey to send the stuff cross country with Roadway. If everyone else falls out, I am in for it if you will drop it on a pallet and ship it.

    Yeah I really regretted letting my wife have my 4Runner, and she didn't want to give it back to me and take the Taco. I finally figured throwing money at the Taco wasn't going to make me like it any more... found a buyer weirdly fast (right time right place) and bought a 19 4R ORP I'd been eyeing for a while at a local dealership. Right time right place there too since they were hurting for sales...
