    I'd say since there are many manufacturers that use a "hidden hitch" design I wouldn't worry about it. Those laws are based on obscuring the plate from view. Anything you tow will obscure the plate to some extent and there are provisions for that.

    How?!?!?!?!? Man, anyone on the fence about this bumper needs to jump on this deal. I purchased one a few months ago from a forum member here and love it! It was fairly easy install. I love the look and the rear S2s really light things up back there.
