    Looks like the back only needs a bumper. They are about $215 online and are damn good ones (I know because I bought one last month). Would take you about an hour to mount it. That leaves the front end, and that doesn't look to bad. It might take some time to get what you need to repair it, but I think it would be well worth your time, $$, and effort to fix it yourself.

    Your truck is extremely clean, BTW. I would be very, very careful about selling it.
