(Gives around 1 inch of lift) Bought this when i installed the 1/4 spacer with my lift in case i still had side lean, but didnt encounter that problem. Brand new. $15 OBO, shipping wouldnt be a problem. Can throw it in a Flat Rate box and its good to go.

If using the factory top plates, yes i believe so. However im running aftermarket top plates (KYB), and just by looking there would be enough thread to still mount everything up
