    Parking brakes work as normal for regular city/suburban stuff. I haven't "tested" it on anything steep since supermarkets normally don't offer that type of terrain. lol. :D

    Makes sense and why I Have found in research before. I noticed a slight improvement 10% or so from the 2010 4 runner upgrade. Not as good as a 4-6 piston Bak setup. Seems more of a looks and slight improvement. Still tempting.

    The real benefit (aside from looks and novelty) IMHO is easy maintenance going forward, good heat dissipation if you tow and no PITA water/mud trap if you wheel.
    The drum brake - especially on third gens - is basically Mike Queers giving y'all the bird and laughing all the way to the bank.
