thermal exhaust estimated ship date 12/11 :goingcrazy:

not that anyone was wondering but 15inch rpf1s do not clear ITR front brakes. so welcome 2inch front wheel spacers.. (1.25 would have worked but arp extended studs prevented that too)

    brakes and clutch are bled
coolant needs bled when i get it running
ecu installed and has a base map tune
front wheel spacers installed (2inch), car has a pretty aggressive front look now so i think i need wide wheels and tires then the widebody

car wont crank. ill be checking grounds tomorrow if i have time. also need to check fuel lines, i hear the pump kicking on but the regulator isnt showing any pressure on the gauge

thermal exhaust arrived today, earlier than ship eta. no complaint from me.

the car is alive. has a base tune on it and started up after adding fuel into the tank.

clutch safety switch was the culprit for the no crank. apparently my jumper fell out at some time during dash removal

only issue i have currently is the oil pressure light came on so im going to order a pressure gauge and decide how i want to hook it up for verifying before i assume its the stock sensor or oil pump gone out.

    should be around 230whp.

its a braille b3121. weighs 21lbs, 550cca at 0°F, 742cca at 32°F. I still need to figure out a battery cage for it since my original idea wont work very well

subbed. I love import builds. I miss mine but I'm not itching to have any builds ATM. I'll probably wait until my girls are old enough to drive. Maybe my daughters would pick up my ways and we can have a project together..lol

 builds get expensive. im sure once i have a kid most projects will come to a slow. its tough enough now to save money and still build this thing how i want. theres tons of things i want to do on this but i just need it running for a while

Nice build man. I had a '98 GSR for my first car. Loved the VTEC engine. What kind of numbers does it put out?

1st drive with the k was today to get the exhaust modified. still loud. oops. need new wheels that will actually fit under the fender without spacers so i ordered a single konig hypergram 15x7.5 +35 before ordering the other 3. the fenders currently got chewed up a little by the wheels and current height. i dont want to raise the front though since the rear cant go up anymore without longer springs. i also like the ride height.

vss wasnt working on this drive either.

installed corbeau forza seats and sliders.

    finally home! :woot:

so konig hypergram fits perfectly without any spacers since it doesnt have a barrel drop center. but i dont want to hassle with selling the rpf1s at this time so i am working on grinding my calipers down to get clearance. not enough to affect structural integrity though. passenger side is now taken care of. tomorrow ill probably start working on the driver.

havent decided to return the hypergram or keep it for a spare wheel in case something goes wrong.
