I can use a set if you decided to push ahead. I’m 5”7. Hard to see over the sport hood bulge

I ordered some aluminum for this, but it still might be a few weeks or so before I can even get to it.

Trying to keep it around $50-60 per set of two spacers. Anodizing would be in addition to that, but I would likely only get that service if everyone was interested in it. You really need to do that in some degree of bulk for it to work out financially.

I am going to add a counterbore in the bottom here, just thinking ahead as we might want to add extensions (trying really hard to not say spacer spacers) in the future. This feature would locate the two pcs pretty well, but not provide any anti-rotation. I could put a tapped hole or two for that, but that adds tools/time/cost and the counterbore really doesn't. We'll see how friction goes first.

Knocked the first set out, and they take about 70 mins each on my hobby level mill. Really wish I could make these at work on industrial equipment, because it would be a fraction of that time.

I'm thinking 70 for the pair if that sounds reasonable, took a little longer than I had hoped it would.

I’m fine with $70. Support small projects will lead to bigger things
