There was a dude on CL close to me selling a cap for such a good price and I was so close to buying it! I even sold my bedrack. They're both awesome!

Thanks buddy!!! His new bumper is dope!

Probably not but I was really thinking about it!!

Haha yeeeeaahh buddy! I switched the stock 5 lug axle from the trailer to a 6 lug so I could rock the same lug pattern as the truck and essentially have two more spares for the truck if things were going badly on the trail. Can always go back for the trailer.

Got a little time today to build something for the trailer. It was pouring rain here so it made the other things I had to do take double the time so I didn't get to spend as much time on the trailer as I wanted to!

I skinned most of the rest of the ceiling minus a couple pieces up front.

Also got almost done building a unit for 4 milk crates or plywood drawers depending on what I decide to use. Put my fridge next to it to start gaining an image of how I want things situated

With this weather you should spend the night in your trailer to see how well it's insulated...

I love the rain. We need it.

I don't know why I didn't take a look inside this thing when I was at your house.
    Looking good Ryan!

BTW, pro tip for cleaning your angle magnets: blow them clean with an air compressor. Gets all the little metal fuzz off of them. I hated trying to clean them before I found that out.

I got inside of this morning at like 6am and it wasn't cold inside which was nice! Yeah the rain is great and we definitely need it, just sucks when you don't have a huge garage that you can fit everything inside to stay out of the rain lol. A buddy of mine who I built a set of sliders for dropped his truck off to me today and I welded one side on and then right as I started welding the other one on, it started dumping rain on me!! In the 5 mins it took me to get my equipment cleaned up and into my garage to get it dry I was absolutely soaked!!!

Good idea. It's so annoying when you get all the metal dust and chips that wanna stick too it!

I did take a look at your under carriage though. Checking out them welds.:spy:
I know the "inspection" feeling. I work on my house all the time, but my neighbor is a contractor by trade. When he stops by or leans over the fence to look, it makes me feel judged. He told me he feels the same way when I catch him working on something, so it goes both ways man.

You my boy, Ryan. I'd never judge. Besides, I think you've surpassed my skill level by far since you get way more practice than me. I still remember the welds on that first bumper. :anonymous: Reminds me of the welds I left on the railing at my dad's house. :anonymous::anonymous: I've since redone that so I hid the evidence...

Hahahaha yeah my first bumper welds sucked! Although it was flux core! My welds have gotten a lot better since then!! I'd say I'm pretty decent

Flap disc makes you a grinder not a welder ;)

Guess I'm a grinder lol. Jk I love the flap disc though. Makes blending plate together super nice and easy

I really wanted to get in on that skid plate GB, but I procrastinated too much and missed out. Then I saw your new bumper and I punched myself in the wiener.
