Wish I had $10K for a new toy. Looks like a lot of fun but it's not a daily driver for most.

 

It is fun but it's built to daily also . I've driven it all up and down the east coast along with Tennessee and Kentucky and it drives good

 

Anyone wanting a full set of armor could’ve snagged this and got a free truck with it. Congrats on sale OP.

Damn.. never thought i'd see this sold. Im the only Gold 4x4 swapped tacoma in SC and arguably on the East coast.

Whatcha gonna do with the monies? got that 4runner right?

 

Buddy just paid $20k for a stock ‘87 in fairly good shape, cannot believe they were selling for 1/2 that just a couple years ago.

 

Yeah I still have the runner . The monies is going to pay off a few thinks

Yeah but the old ones from the 90s down are worth money now . I sold my 07 cheap for 10k I could've asked 15-18k

I can do worse - I bought a mint ‘79 Westfalia VW camper van back in ‘92 for $2850, and traded it in for a down payment on a 2wd basic cab ‘93 Toyota pickup lease (I needed a PU for a new job). Well, the company folded 3mos later and I turned the lease back in early. That van is now worth $40k or so

 

Probably more then that. My boss is into the old VW vans and they are unbelievable how much people will pay for those.
