    I think it may be the other way around, so yes(ish)? Stout was a company that used to make heavy duty bumpers and armor.

    You know, I thought about weighing it, but didn't. It took both Howied and me to load it in my truck. For one person, it's a potential hernia!!
    The rectangular tubing and brackets are 5/16" material. The Diamond Plate top is 1/8" thick. The Shackle material is 1-1/4" thick w/1" eyes. More here.
