403 mile take-offs. Not a blemish on any, but they have been mounted and used for 403 miles. So there are weights. No TPMS.

Pickup at my house on James Island, SC or my work in Mt pleasant, SC. Maybe will ship, at your cost to NC, GA ,FL, and VA. But expect it to be $100+ via Fedex minimum. Shipping to an actual commercial address may be cheaper, I'm shipping from 29464, so you can do the math is you want.
