Offered too much to pass up.

2020 TRD OR DCSB 6 speed manual with 37k miles. Paid $36,400 new in January 2020.

    Got $39,400.

Already have a 2016 GX460 Premium with 40k miles for $40k on the way from Carvana.

Loved the Tacoma, just have always loved the GX since I had an old 470 before the Tacoma. And the manual was starting to get annoying especially offroad.

I'm in the process of doing the same except through Auto Nation. We recently had a baby and the Tacoma is a pain in the ass to get my wife, baby, and I and all of the baby gear in and out of, we have a bed cover but even with a bed mat stuff in the bed slides all over the place, going to trade her in on a 2022 CR-V. Just need to find a Honda dealership that isn't adding a ton of extra fees.

I paid $30k for the truck new in 2019, DCLB SR5 2WD, now has ~27k miles

    AutoNation - $33,000
    CarVana - $29,951
    CarMax - $31,400

I have had manuals off and on for last 20 years. I love them. Just gets to be a little bit of a hassle especially when my knee hurts lol.

My dad did the same thing. Said he got great money for his 16 taco from Carmax. I think he got even more money then what was initially agreed upon before meeting.

I keep track of the CarMax values every few weeks on mine, I have your configuration (same year) with the auto transmission with about 32K and my current offer as of Monday was 39,600 on mine.

The offer fluctuate like crazy, in July is was 35,600/ August 38K/ Dec 39,600....I guess the older it gets the more valuable it is these days...lol
