    It is but you's have to but the roof mounts. Contact Front Runner and they will sell you them for about $200

    It is: https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.c...foot-rail-mount-front-runner-slimline-ii.html
    Click "Specs" and you'll see the part number. Also, no clue if it would mount to a Leer with Thule Tracks but if you call their store, they have great customer service and I'm sure they have done that before.
