    Not for sale.

Although I do have some leftover wire harnesses I could sell.

What’s the weight on this one? How long does it take if I order one? Reduce wind noise means it will still make a little noise? Thanks.

Rack weighs about 30 pounds-ish. No wait. This thread is for the actual rack that is pictured (ready to go). All roof racks will have some wind noise. From personal experience I can tell you that a lot of factors affect how much noise you’ll get. Vehicle speed as well as ambient wind speed and direction will change how much noise you get. There are days where I forget it’s there and other days where there is a slight hum at certain speeds. As far as how annoying that is will be subjective to each person. It’s similar to the noise of mud terrain tires where some guys aren’t bothered by it and some will be more sensitive to it.

Do I have to modify my Sharks fin antenna? In the pic looks like it’s smaller?how do I place the order if I decided to put one? Thanks for the reply.

You don’t have to modify your shark fin. I built this rack to sit just barely above it while still being as close as possible to the roof to keep it streamlined. On previous racks I’ve notched out a small section of the expanded steel to provide more clearance for the shark fin and it hasn’t been an issue. If you wanted the rack, you can PM me and we can arrange pick up.
