That plug goes into the main harness just forward of the spare, if your truck was wired from the factory with that plug it might not be worth trying to use the factory setup. Earlier 2nd gens had the back up camera in the mirror, later in the head unit but my 2015 took some work to get the stock back up camera to work with an aftermarket HU

I’m confused, so are you willing to sell me the camera & harness or not??? You suddenly backed out of our sale cause you said you had another buyer.

 

Yeah I wonder why.... I’m no longer interested either. Bought an oem replacement elsewhere after you backed out.

Haha look man, you posted something for sale, you messaged me I replied and said I think the cameras for 14-15 are different, which they are, so I’d need the verify if I would need to buy the harness also to which you replied go ahead, there’s a lot of them on eBay, & then said you had another buyer not even 5 minutes later...
I responded to you right away to let you know I would need the harness as well right away and you never replied.

If I was mad about spending more money at the dealership, then I probably wouldn’t have gone to the dealership... right? And held out for someone to back out of your sale just like it did happen.

Im not mad guy, it’s just annoying when people post stuff for sale and don’t want to sell it after they message you about it. I know it happens often to anyone wherever you go to buy and sell items online but whatever. I got a working camera now and have no bother in my mind for this or anything else.
