Bought this from another tw member, don't need it anymore. Used this spacer in the drive line to reduce some of the drive line vibes I was getting. It helped a whole lot.

It bolts in between the driveshaft and rear end. Install takes about 20 min.

It pushes the driveshaft back in to normal specs after lifting your truck. Works for 3"-6" lift 20180319_172455~2.jpg

Fyi, should only be used o 2wd trucks where the slip yoke is in the transmission.

Excuse the stupid question, but what type of vibrations would this fix? I have a 3” lift & I feel vibrations when I’m reaching 80mph.. I’m not sure what’s causing it.

When the rear is lifted, it pulls the driveshaft further out of the transmission causing vibration and possible trans leaks. The spacer pushes the driveshaft back in to the trans making more contact with the splines and better contact with the seal.

The guy I bought from had it on 6" lift. Said it worked on his rig. I can look for the member name if you'd like and send him a pm.

Yes. I installed one on a 6" lifted taco and his vibrations disappeared. It allows the ds splines to make full contact.

I don't have measurements but I can tell you that we had to shift back the carrier bearing as far back as it would go and the rubber inside the cb was stretched back at least another 1/2"-3/4". After the spacer install, I was able to shift the cb all the way forward to it's usual position.

We swapped cb about 4 times in two years due to the ds alignment.

Before that, we tried cb shims, axle shims to no avail. The spacer cured the terrible take off shudder that was happening. All smooth now.

Setup was alcan 6" leaf springs, pro comp 6" DB lift, Bilstein 5125 rear, pro comp mx 2.75" coilover front.
