    Yes..it comes with the adapter cable to use the factory XM antenna.
    Just a FYI, SR model Tacomas do not have a factory installed XM antenna and will need to use the included XM puck antenna.

    Edit: with Maestro unit and the Toyota harness for my install there were no wires to splice at all!
