Long story short, I have to go back to a full size truck.

1996 Tacoma Extra Cab DLX, 4x4, 2.7 3RZ, auto trans, a/c, currently 122+ miles. I bought this truck last August with 115K, this truck was originally owned by an older couple (father pasted away) which I purchased off their son. I am the 2nd owner, but the son had to transfer the truck in his name which car fax shows 3 owners (I have the car fax upon your request for verification). I have both of the original Toyota keys.

This truck was never abused, garaged and is completely stock, no mods whatsoever. It was repainted, I was told the old clear coat was coming off and it was done at a high school body shop teaching students. Its not a $10,000 paint job but its not that bad. There is a few spots that are imperfections. If it wasn’t for the paint it would be a true survivor.

The only things I did upgrade are:
Silver star headlights
LED reverse light bulbs (which made a huge difference)
LED interior light bulb

I have had this truck completely gone over by a trusted shop that has been in Roanoke for years, it needs nothing... (except a washer fluid tank that the neck broke but I have a new OE Toyota one that I haven't had a chance to install)

The Following I have had done and have receipts for:
Front brakes and rotors
Clean and adjust rear brakes
Trans filter, fluid and new pan gasket
Valve cover gasket, plug tube seals, bolt seals
Spark plugs
Wires
Fuel filter
Compression test: #1-155, #2-160, #3-160, #4-160

I was also given two boxes of all new parts, I mean a lot of parts. The original owner was definitely old school keeping stuff on hand. Belts, hoses, brake parts and so on. The frame was treated (as you can see in the pics) unfortunately I do not know by who but it’s a nice job. Unknown if this is the original frame, I’m sure Toyota would have record of this.

I hate like hell to sell this Tacoma. It’s a great little truck and I am going to kick myself because I will not find another like it to replace it in this shape.
