That was for taking money and shipping orders up to a year later.

FWIW I had zero issues and ordered ALOT of stuff from ballistic. They offer some products no one else makes too.

I do not plan on doing double t-case for now, as far as gears im going with 4.88 nitro or 4.88 Yukons. As far as the skids that will come after the rig is mobile, along with sliderssss which will most likely be custom.
One thing i need to figure out is if/how to obtain checy flat top knuckles. I

Oh yeah if youre not doing much rock crawling then you will be fine. It's alot of money but Allpro has that hybrid toy/D60 axle and i hear its one tough axle..

Im gonna gear to 5.38 and run an atlas 4 speed cuz i love to rock crawl. I love snow too but mud well you can keep that shit.

In case anyone missed it...MY SHIT IS DONE! :yay:

I have been driving it for several days not, flexed it out, no major issues whatsoever. Slight camber issue with the axle, but I will get that squared away soon enough. I also need to swap a pair of spring to drop it another inch or so to my "design" ride height. Frame is at 25" right now.

I hit 80 on the highway a few minutes ago, smooth as butter too.

Thanks guys. It was ALOT of work, but I didn't want to cut any corners or let anyone touch my truck besides me (and my helper Eric, whom I cannot thank enough, who will get repaid in kind ;))

I love the feeling that every weld is mine, hold or fail.

And the best part is I tried to document it so clearly that anyone doing a second gen swap is just plain dumb if they don't follow it moving forward.

I plan to update the build thread after my upcoming trip/shakedown with all final number for the geometry.

Yep...480 miles each way this weekend for a shakedown run :D

I never seens anyone helping you. You gots an imaginary friend? Oh all I ask is just a simple thing in repayment

just front/rear coil overs, new front frame, new bed cage, fix steering issue, fix carrier bearing cross member and the xfer case cross member, install supercharger, my new bed, d60 conversion, fix my wheel bearings on black truck and the leaking axle seal, install crawl box, get it to DD status... Come to think of it its really not that much.

Well I changed my 4Runner build a bit. Ditching the one tons for FJ80s, getting a hell of a dell on them from a buddy. This way I don't have to source every little part and bolt for a Dana 60. Maybe I can get done sooner this way.

Yeah that's the only ouch there will be. Will prob just run a bent drag link at first since it will mainly be trail only. I'm tired of it just sitting on jackstands.
