    Yeah. Now if only I can find one in the PNW that doesn't allow me to push my finger through the frame lol early 2000's frames are really hit or miss it seems

    I lucked out with my 03 barely any rust on it at all and it came from salt lake..

    I'd be hard pressed to break a hp third with the 8hp 22re in my runner. It's possible but I doubt I will. The birfs hold up well to 37s on fj80 so hopefully I won't break many shafts.

    If the Tacoma gets sas it will get a full float fzj80 elocker rear and a hybrid fj60/fzj80 front. That way I get 9.5 elocker thirds front and rear.

    yeah i thought you were doing this under a taco as well.. When i sas'd my 94 it had a 22re that had tons of stuff done to it and it was pushing 16 horse and i never broke anything then i swapped that out for a 7MGE and broke everything exept the 3rd.

    Been pricing my swap even though im not goning to start it for another full year atleast. $2500 just to get the axles under the truck.. then another $3400 for gears and ARB's then another $4200 for the 4speed Atles.. gonna have to take this in steps..

    dude i dont know honestly every truck is different as is every driver.. i couldnt wheel a tire that big on leafs i need links.

    Well ya I knew that he linked it before TTC

    But he was on leafs for a long while before then. If I remember right he said he was on 5" all pros too. Maybe he was just much lighter then konsta and he got all 5"?

    Yeah anything can and will break just depends on who the driver is. Main thing is if it fells bound up just back up a choose a different line.

    So chevy dana 60 discs, 14 bolt drums... what sized MC? I had planned on hydroboost with like 1 1/8" but I had planned to do 14 bolt disc brake conversion. Now I'm planning on keeping the drums and I'm wondering if I could run the stock 1" FJ80 MC, I'm pretty sure I know the answer but just thought I'd ask for thoughts on the matter.
