    Its fully boxed front to rear think I need to plate anywhere beside where engine/steer box and spring hangers sit?

    It's plated with 3/16" from core support to first cab mount by firewall. :cool:

    i was planing on plating the top and bottom of the frame with 1/4" from the front bumper all the way back to the front spring hanger for the rear axle.

    Cut out the stock piece of junk and weld in some 2x3 and 2x4 3/16" thick steel :cool:

    rctoy, you can google that part number all day long. You won't find anyone that actually has it in stock. They listed the pump on eBay a while back and I called to inquire about it. That's when I learned they stopped making the kit.

    Edit: But their website says its in stock... hmmmm. I PM'd a source on Pirate about the kit, he will get to the bottom of it.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    This^ Mine is all 2x3x.188 wall plated with .250 HR if i did it again I would go with 2x3x.250 for the front and 2x4x.250 for the rear frame but that's me.

    the rear is not boxed and wont get it.. it's already plated with 1/4" and it won't see enought stress at the rear spring hanger to justify boxing the frame.

    i had called PSC and they gave me the part # and said they had it. so maybe just give them a call and avoid all the BS on pirate..

    Only reason I go through a Pirate vendor is its quite a bit cheaper. jpcrawleram is his handle on Pirate and I can tell you its way worth it to go through him.
