Just a few little things. It's my DD

Thanks, it's just a old beater to kill in the woods. If I can make the deal with my brother in law on the tires, I'll have only 2500$ in the truck. I have got all the parts on craigslist and bought the truck with a blown motor so I got it cheap. Done all work myself. I still have a ton of little shit to do but it is getting there.

for a 3 link sas swap both front and rear on an extended cab second gen, can you keep the stock 4wd transfer case system without having to put in a second transfer case or replacing it entirely?

Yes, you can keep the stock transfer case. But you'll likely gonna need some modifications to the driveshafts. Supra TT's build has a completely stock drivetrain.

@45acp- of course because dana 60 solid axles use a different driveshaft as compared to the stock.

Not necessarily. I'm running HAD flanges on both my D60 and 14B so I can run Toyota driveshafts. I was talking more in regards to driveshaft length.

My Dana 60 front axle is 2.5" forward from stock and the stock driveshaft bolts up. I have a 3 link so I imagine I won't have to change that at all. The 14 bolt rear axle has a similar distance from center of axle tube to pinion flange as the stock rear axle so the stock driveshaft bolted up, no issues there either.

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
Hopefully the slip joint has enough travel when you flex it out.

The axle sits at full bump right now and should actually compress more at ride height. I'll find out today maybe.

Cost of a total 3 link sas swap with coil overs on a 14' Tacoma

How much will it cost to do a front and back sas swap with dana 60's 3 link with coil overs or ori struts, parts and labor? As well as putting in 37-40 inch tires? (all parts brand new)

    uumm a lot?

if you have to ask you probably cant afford it. Seems like if you were undertaking that sort of project you would have researched the options and priced it out on your own, too many different options to consider.
