    Using the calc first is kinda useless unless you're starting with a clean slate. Fit/tack the links on as best you can and then check the measurements with the calc and make adjustments if needed.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    Well from what i seen you only had your upper link 2" shorter then your lowers. The pan hard also looked short also level it out a little by bringing the frame side mount down or the axle side up.

    How have you guys welded your link brackets? Flux? Gas? Done anything special to make sure they hold? Just trying to learn now so I can practice and be confident in my welds when the day comes

    allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
    Flux core with co2 burns in real nice. Most people here just mig them with gas and solid wire and don't have any issues. You could always do a couple passes if your worried.

    I just have a Lincoln 140 that's about 5 years old. Trying to figure out how to get it going good. May have to order a new gun for it. Also just learning to weld lol
