    that stuff happens when someone lets the CNC machine tips get too worn out.

    That's due to laziness, should have ran a drill bit through it after it came off the plasma table.

    in all honesty there shouldn't be a need to just take the slag off and it should be fine. a CNC can cut a hole perfect if it doesn't have worn tips or anything like that.

    Finally got my axle back after a month-long re-gear. I started putting the knuckles back on but am already at a stand still until more rebuild parts arrive.

    Working on my trac bar today. I drew it up and cut out the rear bracket out of 14gauge to see if I was close. I want the lower mount low enough that the bar will be lower than the drive shaft. I'll have to take out the huge stock muffler, but I can deal with that. Thoughts?

    I had mine the same height just closer to the diff.

    allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
    I would leave it where it is. The hiem at the front and bushings at the axle should flex enough for any side to side movement.

    I would get some thicker metal, that's going to take a beating and will have a lot of forces applied to it.

    I have a piece of 3/8 lined up, just testing my cut file with the 14 gauge.
