I don't see it as an issue. Dude I bought my crawbox from ran it with no problems. Marlin 23 total spline input gear with a trail gear dual case adapter.

Edit: Pic of said crawlbox .

The pic doesn't answer anything. What is up for question is would another marlin 23 spline input slide into the TG coupler in that adapter if that makes sense

Oh my bad I misread what you were saying. I wouldn't see why not, theoretically you could run a stock 23 spline shaft behind the TG coupler right? I plan on building my rear case soon and I'm going to use a marlin input shaft and 4.7 gears so I hope it works LOL

True but as some have figured out with the Tacoma dual case set ups not all 23 spline's are the same.

But that is for a tacoma and is a different coupler, one of those two sided dealios to go from the tailshaft of the transmission to convert to a gear driven case. Granted the same issue may exist for the gear driven case couplers but it is a totally different part.

When/if I link the front of mine ill use the barnes universal kit. nothing you buy (short of 4wu) is gonna be plug and play. With any kit there will be some fabrication to make it work. But with that said I think ruff stuff does their best to get it as close as they can with all their options

Barnes was also recommend to me on nc4x4. Can't do anything before I get married in may or I'll be in the doghouse but after that it's fair game!

LMAO get it in now, because the money flow stops right after that, no matter what she says!! Trust me on this!!!

My wife is cool as hell yet i still find my self scouring the net for used parts to cobble this POS together. Shit i spent more money on this truck when i made half as much money LOL.

I did my $4k lefty dual project the summer before i got married, for a frame of reference that's double my SAS cost so far with tires included LOL!!!

I'm getting married in October, that is precisely why my truck is cut up right now! No way I will be able to afford Ruff Stuff axles after the wedding.
