I'm running their box and HA kit on my 85 and it turns 38's easily and I'm sure would turn 42's if ya want. Everything was included in the full kit and i sent my fubared box for core and they still gave me $100 back. Very nice people over there just give em a call

If you're street driving it then yeah it's a sweet system other wise id just go full hydro. it turns my 42's like they are 31's with my locker in, and then i forget my front locker is in.

This truck will be street driven. Still buying a truck and trailer for when I go to harder parks and to save wear and tear. If I cuild something thats a trailer queen it'll be a full buggy.

I actually just picked up a V10 Excursion to tow with. Eventually that will be a project unto itself (Cummins swap)

I got a local friend that wants mine if I tap it for HA. So I watched some videos. Looks pretty simple. I'm sure I can set up the box on my mill to make the drilling and tapping even easier.

I'd just go full hydro from the start. If it's setup well it will drive fine on the street, carry a spare hose long enough to replace any of the lines if you have a issue. I've driven my buddies buggy down the interstate with full hydro and it drives as good as my truck does.
Also I used to have a v10 excursion, watch the oil in it, they are notorious for drinking it down.

You can buy my old Cummins complete with all mods and the nv4500 for 3400 comes with a Cummins reseal kit for the motor

Any reason to not get a 2500 Suburban instead? The X's are famous for not being very stable when towing without doing a laundry list of things to them.
