Panhard will be hitting the oil pan next I imagine. I lifted my engine to hopefully prevent that...We'll see if it works

It looks like it, but it's not. Dumped all kinds of dirt on me when I pulled the piece off. Plus my truck is a 2013
I haven't fit up the panhard yet, but you are probably right. I'll cross that bridge when I get there :)

Fuck that, I'd love to have an onboard hot shower. It's 100+ degrees here and 90% humidity. Crawling up in your RTT and realising you can smell your balls SUCKS.

I have a jerry can and water pump I use to rinse off at night for just that reason.

I know the feeling; waited for mine for a while too. As I explained in my other posts, i went through a bit of a tap dance with these flanges. Frustrating....

There is always a compromise with these projects...it never ends! When you gain something on one end, then something else binds or interferes somewhere else. Some guys go crazy with those link calculators...but in the real world you just have to make do with the space you have under the truck.

That calculator would be great for building a buggy where you can put everthing exactly where you want it. Especially with full hydro.

My goal is to run a 40" lower link and 30" upper since I intend to still drive this pile on the street. Otherwise it would probably be 40 and 40....with a 4 link and full hydro.

I'm leery of full hydro on the street since I have precisely ZERO experience with it. My biggest concern is lack of steering feedback and the never centered steering wheel I've heard about.

Run a lot of caster and quality parts and it will self center.

I have tons of steering feedback in my full hydro. It's very touchy, but that can be corrected with a less sensitive orbital. I only have about 1 turn from center to lock... That's how I wanted it though because I only drive off-road.

yea, building a custom trail-only buggy will always be easier. Way less limitations in the way you design stuff :D

Same, Longer links are great. 40" seems a tad short
