    Chassis Unlimited is a new player in the game, seems like a nice product, made is USA (if that matters to you) and cheaper than all the alternatives such as Ballistic and ECGS. Springless conversion and still includes all new ARP studs and cone nuts etc.

    Went with reamed for 1TON GM TRE's as well, just dont want to be replacing worn out heims all the time!

    You know I still never figured out if I could use the old LC front axle to do my swap. I bought a whole front end for 50$ and he's asking if I wanna buy another haha!

    Any axle will work if the diff is on the proper side, then you just need to look at strength based on vehicle weight, etc. Definitely going to need longs with an LC axle and prolly still be questionable depending on tire size with the weight of a second gen on it...

    Eh, I dont really want to run huge tires. I'll still DD this. I just want to be able to go a little herder than my IFS can so I dont know yet. Ill be locking the rear and regearing and possibly the front as well.

    I really haven't figured it out yet and Yeah 35's or Maybe just a bit bigger. I am definitely regearing and locking the rear so I'll probably just do the front as well.

    That sucks.... Why do you need highsteer arms though? Just to keep the tierod out of the rocks and obstacles? I thought that was for leaf sprung set-ups. :notsure:

    Keeps everything out of the rocks, also allows full crossover steering instead of a y-link which will reduce bump steer by having closer length draglink and panhard...

    Anyone know what the minimum WMS needs to be to effectively clear (articulation/steering) with our frame width running 37s or 40s?
