    Nice pic. Mine falls short of the end of the DS. Wonder if that is a reason? I have a 1 piece DS too. My bracket is attached to the upper cross member that is for fuel tank support.

    Hopefully you reinforced that. That bracket is not very strong and these traction bars take alot of force on them. I've seen many of them ripped off.

    Yep, mine lasted about a year before the stock crossmember ripped apart.

    Second look though and it looks like a piece of rectangle stock for the crossmenber on his truck

    This vvvv it's 2X3" 1/4" wall that i used for the carrier bearing support so it's plenty strong.

    Yes it is Snowy but, its not the wall thickness I'd like. It is one piece attached to each side of the frame.
    Thanks guys... now I have something to think about.

    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    My front end is from a 05 f250. Newer style hubs and lock outs
