I had a kn intake on the truck, going to try and use the pieces to keep everything happy with sensors and such. I'm thinking the battery can go passengerside. Move the power steering reservoir and washer fluid else where.

FUCK ROCK SOLID TOYS -- Buy a ruffstuff 3 link and ballastic brackets, you would have the same thing. What a bunch of bs for 11 months of waiting. Never even received all my brackets/gussets, we had to make them. Also bought new joints for steering because they never sent any!

From what I’ve seen on forums they just resell others stuff as their own and are like marlin. Grown to big for their own good.

Their forum used to be cool, but that's gone.

I imagine that's what 90% of these "kits" are. All stuff you could source yourself if you took some time. But hey it fits right up, after you cut grind, measure, recut, move and reweld again...

The only company that I think is close to having the measurements figured out that would be a cut ifs off, clean frame and put new brackets on with everything figured out is 4wu but I’ve heard more and more issues of fit Ment and other problems I just chose to source my own crap and send it. Plus his brackets are 1000 dollars for what I paid 100 dollars for lol

I got to see a 4WU f/r 3 link/4link on a 3rd gen truck (not tacoma) last weekend. The owner was saying it went together great, there was some tweaking on the coilover mount but nothing major. I saw a dude get lit up on PBB after bad mouthing the 4wu kit and customer service and turns out he was a lieing douche, so you never know.

I'm with you I would just source my own parts because I'm cheap.

I’ve seen both on 4wu. One guy you talks to says it’s great and next says it’s horrible and no instructions or customer service.

But it’s also like diamond axles. Die hard Toyota guys will always back the ogs in the Toyota stuff.

The new guys could care less and just want our shit to go break stuff.

Yea that's true, the stuff I have gotten from FROR had been complete shit. I hope they just invest all their QC into those axles! Their firewall plate is a pile of garbage and their brake lines leak like the titanic.

I will say if you are getting ready to burn in a 3link suspension, instructions are kind of moot, or am I just crazy?

I read up a little about SAS but when it comes to all the parts and configurations I’m still lost.
There’s someone selling this axle setup. The shop that installed it said the front was $6k alone new. What’s something like this cost used and how good is it?

Front axle: Diamond housing DRIVERS SIDE DROP fully built with Trail Gear Everything. 6 shooter knuckles, chromo shafts, ARB lockers, 5.29 gears TG High steer. hydro assist brackets, disk brakes.

Rear axle: Tacoma width axle out of a 04 Tacoma

Chromo shafts, 5.29 gears and E-Locker and E locker skid plate. Disk brake conversion.
