Yep. If you're not chasing width and fine with 63wms, 80FF is perfect since they're 9.5

There are plenty of axles out there in a variety of different widths. I love the idea of staying all Toyota but if I ever sas my second gen it’s going to be with a 78/79 bronco Dana 44 and 9” combo.

Is it ok for the outlet is the reservoir to be lower than the pumps inlet?

I have this res of about 2.5x the stock volume I would like to install approximately here on the inner fender

No sir. The outlet on the reservoir needs to be higher, not by much though. Here is my setup:

Yeah, I hear ya. I got spoiled with a shop and a lift in the past. Working on building another shop so I can have the space to do it. Of course time is a killer too. I used to have all the time in the world to fab stuff. Getting older and more responsibilities sucks... haha. Would be cool to buy one built and work on it here and there as I go along.

Maybe try posting an In Search Of (ISO) add in your local state section of the forum as well as the First gen BUY SELL area I think that is allowed.

11k is too much for single case, 35” tires, no beadlocks, no hydro assist, skyscraper on leafs and 5100’s. I’d put it more in the ballpark of $5-6k

That price is high and you value it at 5-6k? Where are you finding these 5-6k tacoma from? Stock 4wd is selling for that price. I would say 11k is fair if the interior and welds/work are clean and should sell for 8-10k no problem.

Can’t compare to stock once it’s been cut up into a crawler. No one is cross shopping a stock truck and this one. Not to mention that this one has 220k, isn’t terribly straight and has a mixed and matched interior.

-Interior has been seat swapped with scion seats that are too tall if you’re 6’+
-Zero pictures of the fab work, just a bunch of exterior shots from a distance. Rear shackle angle is fubared...what else is hiding?
-4.88’s are the wrong gear for 37’s+
    -Does the A/C work?

Don’t get me wrong, my junk is far from perfect and could get picked apart in a for sale ad too but there’s no way I’d post mine for $13k like the guy did originally. As a complete truck, mine is probably worth $7-8k tops. It would be worth significantly more parted out, like all built crawlers.

    Mileage? Interior? A/C? 5.38’s? Crawlbox?

Interior is in good shape. AC works... No rips. Pretty clean. Going to clean up the console a little from the twin sticks. No crawl box. It has 4.56 gears. Still crawls fine being automatic not manual.
Kinda curious cause I’m gonna post it this spring.

Not defending the guy and don't know him at all. Haven't seen his truck either, lol. Sometime its almost worth it to part it out instead of selling it complete.
