Here are new spindles if you are worried
    https://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/14BSPIN.html

There is nothing wrong in that second picture, your Tacoma will be rusted to dust and blown away long before you even think of having to even worry about a 14bolt axle tube rusting through.

The shelf the seal sits on doesn't look bad enough that I'd worry it failing to seal

Got my front axle assembly today.. 06 ford... Took a while to find a clean one... These things weigh more than I expected... You can't even move it on the ground... Gonna be hard to deal with..

Yeah, for sure. I think im gonna build a little roll around stand for it or something. Its looking like 2 people, 2 jacks and lots of precaution to even get one of these things setup on stands under truck.

Those things are monstrous. Everything in them is significantly larger than previous D60s. When I bought my kingpin D60, it was on the ground next to one of those like yours. It made the kingpin look like a D30 by comparisson LOL!

When I got home I had to manuever the kingpin around the garage with an engine hoist.Your axle being significantly bigger will be a pain…especially while it has factory radius arms and brackets

With an engine hoist it still took 3 of us to unload/load one in my garage

I haven't come up with a plan to get it in the shop yet. Might just put some small as I can find 8 lug wheels to roll it and cut off the radius arms. I almost started cutting off all the brackets today but made a quick courtesy call to 4WU and thank god I didn't cause I need half of the radius arm mount for the lower links.

I have the ford 8x170 lug in the front and a 14 bolt in rear with 8x6.5. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting them the same pattern? I bought a lug sleeve that fits over the ford lugs and you can redrill for an 8x6.5 but didn't know if that was the best route and all I can seem to find is people putting spacers which Im not doing.

    Can kinda see the stands
