I had some ruff stuff perches that had the tabs so they would fit 2 different sizes of axles. I would think you could just grind them off.

Ok. The radius is the same 3 3/8 as the cut. I also ordered them specific for 3 3/8 but maybe if you grind off 1 or 2 tabs they fit multiple sizes. Now that im looking at the pic, the top one is def not touching. I didn't notice that earlier. Prob for 3 1/4 or 3". Thanks for the info. Just gonna grind them off then.

We all know what happens when the ifs reaches it limits or keeps breaking and you realize that your 40k truck plus mods is better off on the street.

Wait, what? You didn't? My kit came with A through Z instruction. From placement to welding instruction, even how to use a flap disc with some jb weld and body filler.

    Return that cr@p :D

Picking up my truck tomorrow from the shop. Had them do my hydro lines and brake lines modified the crossmember to clear front driveshaft and new leaf pack in rear. Pumped.

Now that everything is running I have found out that my 4wd will not engage cause the sensors from the front diff aren’t hooked up anymore. Does anyone know the fix for this?

Need help! I got my new 14 bolt carrier housing to replace the factory locker housing and when I opened the box it was separated. Im pretty sure I can put it back based on the casting marks but its like 50/50.

Is this a huge deal if it is off or should I return for a new one? Advice greatly appreciated.

Looks like the ring gear bolts hold the halves together

Could someone with a 2WD V6 T100 oil pan get a measurement for me? I'm looking for the distance between the mounting flange surface and the large flat surface directly above a solid axle. Thank you![IMG]

Maybe a little hard to tell here, but it's about 2.75" -ish

Check out the wiring for the add delete. You can delete the 4wd ecu with that mod but I think you may need to bypass the wires for the add in the front diff. Not sure how that will play with the stock 4wd switch though. So you may need to also do the fj case swap.

I got my 4wd working by grounding out the 4wd ECU to the frame. Can’t get lo. I have duals so I still have a lo but not double now. Prob do a atlas down the line.

Atlas would be the best. Would be curious how much of the floor would need to be massaged to fit it.

Why not do the fj swap? So much easier and cheaper then changing the setup that you already have...

I might. I haven’t looked into sourcing one. I sold mine from my last build. Should’ve kept it.

Fj case and Northwest Fabworks Ecocrawler. Way cheaper than an Atlas setup. IMO

    Too many to list
Would definitely suggest this, I ran a twin stick for case for a while after the swap, 2Lo is so damn useful
