    Steer kit have nothing to do with the power steering components.

    You're on 31 and having issue? Weird. I know folks with 35/37 on stock pump and no ram without issue with in town driving. Pump going bad.and not providing adequate pressure?

    Regarding orbitals- are the trail gear models sufficient? PSC seem to be twice the price, but are they twice the nice?

    I messaged one of the dudes who worked on the truck, it’s the stock res and pump, I think I need to upgrade, fix geometry, and I need to do tie rods too.

    I’ll post pictures tomorrow in the day light and we can all talk about it

    I don't have the flow pressure RPM chart handy but the yota pumps can do some work even with 37s. You shouldn't have an issue at all with it on 31s

    True. I know local guys with stock pump on 35/37 and have no issue with in town driving. Once they're on the trail tho, it's like manual steering on rock. :rofl:

    Yea my stock pump is turning a big ass ford steering box and 37s locked. Either something is up or you don't know what it's even supposed to feel like in the first place

    I'm speaking specifically of the steering not the links of the suspension.
    See above brotha.

    Understandable, not for everyone.

    Long winded post;

    I know this truck is not for everyone, I know that its higher than it should be, if I wanted a truck on 40's and links that was super trail ready to rock crawl it would be a completely different story. This truck is undoubtedly nice and clean, and its not everyone's cup of tea. I'm completely aware of this and understand this. I know this thing isn't going to be bouncing off rocks anytime soon. This truck will see some beach trails, some lava rock, and a little mud, I mean very little. I bought this because its Supercharged, Low miles, immaculate brand new interior, TG axle, locked, coilovers. The frame is boxed all the way back, the trans mount isn't welded in, its got a almost perfect body and I didn't pay an outrageous sum, I came from a semi rotten 2004 with a 3rz, this was an upgrade any which way you look at it.

    With that being said, My goal here is reliability, safety, and making things as sound as possible. I'm going to post some pictures of the front end and the noise.

    I am not new to these trucks, this will be my 5th 1st gen tacoma and my daily is a 5 lug. I know the trucks and generation very well.

    This is my first SAS vehicle, minus the 80 hilux I had that I beat to shit when I was younger.

    Man the curves on the frame make things super difficult. Tube city is much easier. Got half my lower link mount and trans mount tacked on. Will likely box everything in once all the tube work is done. Definitely the tube running along the frame rails.
