Are all the junction blocks on the frame and the rear psv thr same size? Figuring I’ll need two for the master, one for the junction at the frame that goes to the rear psv, and I’ll delete the psv to a soft line from the hardline. So probably two for the master, I’ll delete the junction at the firewall, get a male 3an to female m10x1.0 inverted female to connect the soft line to the old hardline to the rear psv, delete the psv snd another male 3an to m10x1.0 inverted female to go from the hardline to the soft 3an line to th rear axle. An the rip the rear return line out

Yes they all are the same. One thing you might find is there are two factory inverted flare nuts that are 2mm longer on the front section of the fitting then the majority of the other factory ones. I'm not sure why, did not have any leaks. Believe one is the union below the master cylinder and the other is the lspv return.
Removed all my abs and factory lines to run all new lines with flares/fittings. Toyota flare nut fittings seal nicer than aftermarket so keep them where you can.

I used these without issues on both Left and right front and rear and then was able to measure for proper length -3an.

Thanks. I’ll get the stuff ordered. If I have issues I’ll just have him order a soft line to replace the rear hardline. So far that’ll be the only hardline left.

When I did them on my f250 it wasn't too bad. Just make sure you have a ball joint press.

If the unit bearings are rusted in, miserable and requiring a portapower plus heat.

Otherwise, set your purse down, break out the mini sledge and press and you’ll be down in a hour or two. Not bad. Did two sets on my DD F250 no problem.

Does anyone know what type of outer knuckles diamond front axles work with besides Dana 60 kingpins?

Most are Toy mini truck knuckles, FJ80 slightly bigger knuckles, or like the mentioned Dana 60.
Can also do custom stuff to, but that's 1 off.

You can put fabbed BJ knuckles on like TG or Spidertrax offer that accept 99-04 SD unit bearings

Can someone tell me how my gear pattern is? I think it’s a tad deep but I would like someone with more experience on these sort of things to chime in.

1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
Making progress. Changing out the front springs To bring it down. Currently sitting at 7”s of shaft showing and I want it closer to 5”. No preload on the 200/300 spring combo.
Frame height currently is 24.5 under the cab mount. 22.75 just in front of the rear leaf hanger.

odyssey battery will be going behind the driver rear seat with ruff stuff box for mounting.

still a long list of things that need to be done.

I’d run it no problem. It’s a split pattern but there’s not much you can do about it. Had an even worse one on the last set of nitro gears I set up. I even went as far to try the R&P in a different third but had the same results.

Almost done with this as well. Electrical is done besides lights once I do the bumper. It needs paint but the heavy fabrication is done. Fenders are on a dzus quick release tab. IMG_4977.jpg IMG_4963.jpg IMG_4732.jpg IMG_4628.jpg IMG_4632.jpg
