Maybe I will, I been snapping pics as I go.
Most of the shit is just labor intensive cutting and grinding, not super exciting.

It is a big undertaking, and challenge, I’m swapping from a prerunner, I got a good deal on, so tranny, t-case and Regear the rear is happening. I’m not in a hurry, yet, I do want it fn done in a reasonable timeframe. Thinking 5-6 weeks.
I’ll have the front axle on by the weekend.

I think it might be a better starting point, there's not all the ifs to "cut out" anyway good luck with it.

Leaf kit and rock assault from trail gear, 35s for now, 4.88
Arb locker front, e-locker rear, has all-pro springs on the rear, may do something else later.
A sixteen year old should be fine mobbing this thing for awhile, we got trails out the door.

Sounds like a good solid reliable setup.
Coming from a sas leaf spring guy, get that front spring hanger crossmember as much as possible up and into the frame. Will help keep lift down and give room for the steering box to be near the front body/radiator mount.
Since your pulling the auto trans, definitely spend the $40 or so on a rear main seal for the 3.4 and get a new oil pump seal for the auto trans. Worth it since your so close to those things during the swap. My 2c.

Main seal and oil pump seal is on the list, I got the crossmember on, not flush with the frame, about a half inch down.
grabbing more consumables today, shooting for shackles today

Yes, the higher you can tuck, the better. But my experience with TG springs (if that's what you're using since you're running the RA housing), they're horrible not matter what you do. They make the truck skyscraper tall . I think a rufpack or a set of Rancho 44044 for the front and some chevy 63s for the rear rides better.

Agree, I bought used TG 3” springs and they suck ass. Drives horrible and stiff on/off road.

Run em til they go bad at this point, I’ve had em for 2 years, just sitting in a shed, they are on the truck now, but, I know they are stiff, probably gonna take a leaf out, and toy with it a little, mission now is to get the truck up and rollin.
Axle is hung, just tacked up the steering box, off to the vet…

KoyoRad FTW. Help keep engine coolant cooler IMO. But 3136 will work but Denso has been a hit and missed since covid.
