If your truck has side seat airbags then you can bypass the airbag light with a resistor. Since it’s setup to use the factory rails the seat position sensor will be fine. Might have to rig up something custom for the buckle receptacle to mount to, idk if the solo brackets have a provision for that.

The problem would really be the passenger seat weight sensors. You’d have to remove all 4 from the pass seat and clamp them to keep the airbag armed 24/7 for a passenger in addition to also adding a resistor to the seat side airbag plug. Used to be a bypass module out there for the weight sensors, but no longer made.

I’ve also been looking at these brackets for a while. I’ve seen a couple people comment on the pro seat sitting too tall for them when the kit.

The guy who made them was a Toyota enthusiast and won’t respond to any PMs about the kit. Metaltech bought some off the guy and sold them as their own kit but they were just middlemen with zero knowledge on the product otherwise.

The clamping method is generally all anyone does.

Just got off the phone, he said most people remove the air bags all together and the light behind dash. "flying through the whoops and you get sideways and stuff the front end your bags are gonna go off an break your nose". LOL, He's not wrong. With that said he told me, the passenger most just clamp that bracket and the bags will be armed 24/7 like you said. He also mentioned that one order is for 2 seats they come in a pair.

I mean he has a point, if someone was running a cage. I don’t have a cage currently so stock seatbelts and airbags intact is what I’d have to go with.
