The housings are black, and he has HID's. Look up the Black Head Light Mod (BHLM) and you will figure out how to do it.

Was your lift or setup difficult to install and does all this come in the kit that wheelersoffroad sell

Rcd: 4"-5" drop bracket lift kit- TRD Off-Road coils- Bilstein extended length shocks (front and rear)- 4" Block (ugh) TSB Leaf pack

yes it was a pain in the ass to install, they say 8 -10 hours it took us about 16 hours to install at prerunnerseth's house

the RCD includes everything you need...
you use your stock springs, and stock leaf pack

I have the TSB leaf pack and I used TRD offroad coils because my SR5 coils were long gone

hows the ride quality? because i hear some taco owners say that with thr procomp unltimaate lift kit set up, it changes the ride quality and its a bit rough and i know your not running that set up but i was wondering how the quality compared to the procomp ultimate lift kit

i would compare it to running bilstein 5100 set at 0... for the most part that is in fact what you are doing... you use stock springs, and the shocks or springs are not doing the lifting, the spindle is!. the procomp guys complain because they are running on giant spacers up front.

So the ride quality is good? Would I notice a difference from stock?

yes, WAY better than when I had a suspension lift... slightly stiffer than stock but not nearly as stiff as a suspension lift. You have all the stock shock travel and a higher dampening shock so the ride it smooth vs less down travel from a suspension lift.

i hated the ride with the suspension lift... the RCD rides like a dream

I just wanted to say... your truck is sick!

    I have a 05 RR X-Runner and sometimes I regret not getting a 4x4. Maybe... I will trade it for a 4x4 one day.. :)
