I did the anytime rear camera with front camera mod. Steering wheel controls. It’s not automated for straight pull in unless you’ve just come from reverse. But two taps on the mode button and I have front camera. I find this more accurate than beepers.

How about getting a set of the rear ones and placing them in the front pumper, then run the wires (x3) into the cab. There you'd place a 3PDT switch to choose from rear sensors or front sensors before activating the system.:typing:

And there will be a need to add an additional switch (DPST) to mimic reverse input, (isolating, to prevent feedback to BU circuit).

    Edit:
After reading a few tech details, it seems not a good idea. The system requires setting the sensors sensitivity and other parameters. This would introduce problems every time you change from front to rear.

I’ve done the electromagnetic sensor tape for $10 and added it to a switch. But ended up doing the $120 front camera mod with best results.

I did the front camera as well. It's useful for more than just parking too.

I use my front camera. I trust it more than I ever would the sonar (based on how the rear woks).
The sonar is good for "Hey, there's something back there" warnings, while the camera better for "and it's this far away".
