Solve The Mystery: Cluster Alert That's Driving Me Crazy

I'm glad someone else is seeing something similar. I was starting to question my sanity. What my eye is catching seems to be just to the left of the road sign icons, & I still can't pinpoint what triggers it. It's so frustrating.

 

I turned the RSA (Road Sign Assist) off and now no more white flashing light, so it's definitely RSA related. I never really care for RSA anyway (Waze shows me speed limit) so now this gives me a good reason to keep it off. I would be interested to see if someone could capture the light on a camera.
