According the ECU guide above. The E8 pin 14 is called FC.
    I assume it’s Fuel Control?

Yea it is, there's a typo on the diagram I was looking at. It actually should be E8 Pin 24 (Brown) that is the other ground.

Do you have a test light that we can load test the powers and grounds with?

Nope I'm good, I'd rather do diagnostics all day than than start doing carpentry work in the rain.

    I’ve seen them.
I’m bad to take the OPs word when they say things are “good”.
I don’t alway remember that not everyone knows how to do the checks correctly.
I just take their word, and move on. Which can get you into trouble sometimes.

Yeah, they tend to be “well modified”.
It is like I belong here anyways .

With the day I’ve had, “making it work”.
    I guess I can “make a 1st Gen work”……
One and the same at this point.

My life has been “It’s not right, but we have to make it work” lately.
    I need a break.

Oh I could figure it out if I knew all the details but by the 2nd or 3rd owner those "details" are long gone.

At this point I'd just be happy if a part I put on worked the first time and I didn't have to go through 3 or more to get one that lasts more than a week.:annoyed:

If your on the correct wire then you have an open in the wire between the PCM and Circuit Opening Relay, there's an intermediate connector (IK2 Pin 5) that you might check.

Still doesn't explain no CEL and no com though.

On the top row of the pins notice there is only 3 pins sticking out and on the plug that goes into it there is 4 and the 4th one happens to be the green and yellow
