Had an alignment done after I put in some billies + aal. Right after the alignment lots of popping, creaking, etc. Thought it might settle out over time. I had specifically asked them to check all the main suspension bolts and torque them to factory settings since I had messed with it, they confirmed they did. I checked the LCA bolts, they were at around 20ft pounds torque, not 100 like they should be. Torqued them up and all the noises are gone.

For those of you that notice the clunk in a “dip” situation.
I had the same experience in my truck i ended up replacing the lower bushing in the shock mounting point itself. Was NOT easy without a press, but when it was complete, no more clunk. When i inspected the mounting point, there was a noticeable difference in how low the drivers side eyelet was inside the LCA mounting point. This was over a year ago and the sound has returned. Bit i believe it may be the passenger side that is the culprit now. I’ve decided I’m just going to live with it for now. Planning on upgrading to the 6112 soon, but having trouble sourcing them.
    Just a suggestion.
