    Hello,

Edit: Solved. I must have nicked the oring for the bypass manifold pipe on previous install. Used a pressure tester to follow the noise and sure enough, on disassembly it was trashed. The Mishimoto coolant pressure tester kit just paid for itself and then some. What I thought was weeping from the water pump gasket was just dripping from that leak. After replacing the bypass pipe oring, closing the coolant loop back up (reattaching the throttle body hoses), and siphoning the coolant back in, the system held pressure for 20 mins.

Original post: Recently did rad, water pump, and all hoses. Everything was cool for a while but I noticed a leak after about a week - the thermostat oring blew, so I replaced the thermostat and oring. I have some weeping from the (new) water pump gasket which I think is probably my fault for not cleaning mating surfaces enough.

I'm still loosing coolant at a noticeable rate, so I dyed the coolant and pressurized the system. I didn't notice anything new but still didn't think the weep from the pump gasket would account for the loss I'm seeing, so I let the truck run for a bit then went poking around w/ a UV light.

All the hoses/clamps look fine - no leaks.

Here it is with the intake and throttle body out of the way - a little puddle of coolant down in there in a feature on the block.

Anyone have input on where that might be coming from while I start breaking this thing down for water pump gasket?
