    Resolution update:

    Second fix:
Full suspension replacement with OME light duty lift. No more CLANK! The OEM Bilsteins were garbage and the new suspension is quiet and drives better.

First fix: only lasted a few months:
Took it to the dealer and asked for ride along with the service rep to demonstrate the noise. They checked the truck on the lift and decided to install a brake shim kit or anti-squeal kit.

I returned with the same noise and the service rep asked for the mechanic to ride along for a demonstration. They decided to replace both front shocks with shock mount assembly. I am surprised that the factory installed front shock/s failed so early (30k)

This process took several dealer visits over a couple weeks loads of patience and professional attitudes from everyone. I had a great service rep and tech that took ownership of the issue.

Going back for the alignment they should have done next week.

Hope this info helps somebody else on TW.

    OP:
When I pass over a long dip in the road or on the back side of a wide roadway speed bump as the OEM front suspension travels down and then back up to the normal ride height I will hear a fairly loud clank. The noise sounds like metal hitting metal and sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side of the truck. It also seems to only occur when I am driving around 20 MPH or faster.

This is what OME users call the "Over Speed Bump Goes Clank".

Yes. That's literally what we all call it. There's a 4,000,000 page long thread about it.

Thanks for the tips. I read up on most of the threads. Body/cab bolts were tight.

I'll update once the repair is completed.
