Since you found the cause of your dying issue I would just drive it locally and keep an eye on the temperature. There may not be any need to do anything more at this point..

I know some of you wont like this but if i discover that the head gasket is "slightly" damaged. Would it be wise to use some sort of liquid head gasket sealer. Since hg replace is so expensive that i would most likely be finding a new engine and would just like to get as much out of this one as possible without putting a ton of money into it?

I personally wouldn't do it on a vehicle I intend to keep or restore at some point but if it's a matter of junking it or driving it I wouldn't have a problem doing it. In my experience you can expect to get less than a year out of the liquid head gasket fixes before they fail again. It's temporary at best. At least it was for me.

On my 1986 Toyota pickup, my head gasket failed at around 180,000, I replaced it myself and put a new timing chain at the same time, my old truck now has 350,000 miles and is still going strong. I personally would never use those temporary fixes especially with a vehicle I intended on keeping!

I think you’re stressing too much. No CEL.. it’s running… keep an eye on temp, coolant and oil and drive on

Thank you bro! I very much agree. Just drove it around town for a good hour. She's running like nothing ever happened, still got the power even pushing the 35s i got on her and she never even went above 7/16s on the temp gauge!. I just thought for sure i couldnt have been this lucky. And then the MAF sensor just happening to fail at the same time . Squashed my hopes from the get go.
So at this time im gonna take your advise and drive on. No overheating no smoking no milky no sweet stinky... one this is for certain tho Never will i risk pushing a hot engine to keep driving AAA i need a membership pronto.
Thank every one for your comments and responses im very greatful to receive your guys/ladies wisdom and time
